Thermal Power WasteManager

Thermal Power WasteManager represents an information system for waste registration and management at a thermal power plant, by introducing a rigorous system of selective collection – transport – recovery / storage of waste.

The aim of the research-development project is to improve the management of industrial waste resulting from the production of electricity and heat by creating an integrated computer system for waste management based on economic efficiency and reducing the impact on the environment.

The Thermal Power WasteManager computer system has the following access levels:

  • RMDS – responsible for waste management at section level;
  • Commercial / Administrative service;
  • RMDC – responsible for waste management at the plant level;
  • BD Administrator – the database administrator;

The user with the RMDS access level has access to the following operations in the Thermal Power WasteManager computer system:

  • adding waste produced in the section / department to which it belongs
  • waste storage produced in the section / department to which it belongs
  • adding documents used in the waste management process
  • addition of non-conformities discovered in the waste management process
  • view legislation in force
  • dictionary view of terms used in the waste management process
  • access to the “Oil Management” section (to the sections where applicable)

The user with the Commercial / Administrative access level has access to the following operations in the Thermal Power WasteManager computer system:

  • recovery of waste produced in the plant;
  • disposal of waste produced in the plant;
  • adding documents used in the waste management process;
  • addition of non-conformities discovered in the waste management process;
  • view legislation in force;
  • dictionary view of terms used in the waste management process.

RMDC and AdministratorBD users also have access to the sections presented above, as in the case of RMDS and Commercial / Administrative users, as well as to sections characteristic of the functions they hold.

RMDC users can additionally perform the following operations:

  • adding economic agents in the computer system;
  • adding data to the legislation section;
  • adding data to the programs section;
  • adding data to the training section;
  • adding data to the analysis section;
  • reports section.

BD Administrator users have the following rights:

  • adding users to the computer system;
  • adding terms in nomenclatures;
  • adding sections and power plants;
  • viewing the evidence of access to the computer system.
